Venesha Lucas is a Certified Public Accounting executive with more than 25 years of experience providing strategic financial leadership, strengthening governance and internal controls, and supporting sustainable business performance. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, she is a trusted advisor to senior leaders with deep expertise in financial reporting, SOX and GAAP compliance, external audit oversight, systems implementations, and change management. Venesha currently serves as a Senior Accounting Leader at Cox Media Group and previously held senior leadership roles at Travelport LP and Worldpay, Inc., where she oversaw accounting operations for a business with annual net revenue exceeding $400 million. She holds an MBA from Mercer University and a BS in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Winston-Salem State University.
Charles Douglas Watson II brings more than 25 years of technology and leadership experience, overseeing all aspects of network operations, including the Network Operations Center, core network, access networks, and deployment organizations.
Beyond his professional career, Charles is deeply committed to community service and philanthropy. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Tougaloo College and the Board of First Tee, and has held several leadership roles, including Assistant Treasurer on the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra Executive Committee. He is also an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and the Council for a Strong America.
Charles earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Tougaloo College.
