Kendric Lucas, a native of Mound Bayou, Mississippi is the founder and CEO of AlphaPrime Ventures, LLC. He is a results-driven senior executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning operations, human resources, finance, and compensation within large, complex organizations. Currently, a Senior Leader at a Fortune50 company, Mr. Lucas has led enterprise-wide initiatives that improved sales performance, optimized merchandising execution, and strengthened cross-functional alignment across field operations, supply chain, and corporate teams. His background includes senior leadership roles in Supplier Services, Human Resources, Compensation, Supply Chain and Finance, where he partnered directly with executive leadership and the Board of Directors on incentive design, workforce strategy, and operational transformation. Known for his strategic planning, financial acumen, and disciplined execution, Mr. Lucas brings a strong governance mindset, deep operational insight, and a customer-focused approach to board service. He holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Tougaloo College. He is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
